“Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not arrogant, is not rude, is not irritable, and does not keep a record of wrongs. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5,7-8a CSB

A bouquet of flowers for our mothers on Mother’s Day. Celebrate your mom!
I know it’s only Monday, but next Sunday is Mother’s Day! So, I am giving you plenty of time to get ready to celebrate your mom on Mother’s Day. You can make her a card, or cook her breakfast (with dad’s help), or write her a story, or draw her a picture, or just give her lots of hugs and kisses to let her know how much you love and appreciate her. Because you know that she loves you always. Moms are love! Moms show their love in all the things they do for us.
Celebrate Moms!
To moms who take us to soccer practice and dance class.
To moms who get up early and stay up late and do our laundry.
To moms who fix our food and teach us to say our prayers.
To moms who help with homework and science fair projects.
To moms who encourage us to always do better, be kinder.
To moms who motivate us do our chores and clean our rooms.
To moms who guide us through life, helping us find our way.
To moms who show love in every single thing they do!
To all our moms – Happy Mother’s Day!
This week talk with your dad and your brothers and sisters (if you have ) and make plans to celebrate your mom on Mother’s Day.
Blessings and love as you shower your mom with love!
*A note: I have written some Mother’s Day poems for our church kids to give to their moms. I will try to put the links to the PDFs here at the end. You can look at them and print one to make into a card. Just fold with the poem on the front and write your own message inside. Have a wonderful time celebrating your mom!
