God Is Everlasting!

“Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.” Psalms 90:2 NKJV

Pilot Mountain covered with early morning clouds, you know it’s there, but hard to describe. Like God is always there even if we can’t see Him.

Our verse for today, which was written by Moses, tells us that even before He created the world and everything in it, God existed. God is eternal. That’s kind of a hard thing to understand. But eternal means that God has no beginning or ending. God always was, God always is, and God always will be forever. God is everlasting!

God Is Everlasting

God has always been here,

Long before the earth’s sphere.

God was always light.

Before the sun or moon at night.

God was always perfect love.

Before the first tree or mourning dove.

God is always near to you.

Helping you in what you say and do.

God will always guide your way.

Ask Him to lead you each and every day.

God is so hard to describe. He is the creator of everything. The creator of us. He chooses to love and know us. He loves each of us so much that He sent Jesus to earth to save us and to show us how to live. He wants to hear your prayers and your songs of praise. He wants to love and know you!

This week, talk with your mom or dad about how our God is eternal. Remember, it means that God has no beginning or ending, He is forever. We are so blessed that God loves and cares for each one of us. He touches and opens our hearts to believe and have faith in Him. He created you to be just who you are. Draw a picture of something God has done for you or your family. Share your picture and your awesome, everlasting God with someone else.

Blessings as you praise our Everlasting God!
