“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep praying for all the Lord’s people.” Ephesians 6:18 NIV

Paul tells us in Ephesians (and in many of his other letters) that we are to pray. We are to pray without ceasing, we are to pray for others, for all of the “Lord’s people”. So with that wonderful sentiment in mind I want to offer a prayer for each and every one of you today.

I Pray for You…

to find rest in the presence of the Lord.

to have hope as strong as unbreakable cord.

to accept His forgiveness and let past sins be done.

to gift forgiveness to others so we can be as one.

to accept healing and comfort from the Almighty above.

to offer words of encouragement in Christian love.

to hold onto love when you have found the one.

to shine love for others so they see God’s only Son.

to ask for wisdom as you deal with people in your life.

to gain strength and endurance to handle stress and strife.

to embrace the peace that the world cannot understand.

to step into your future that your Father has planned.

to carry the joy of the Lord wherever you may go.

to share the reason for your faith so others will know.

This week rest in the presence of the Lord and accept all He offers you.
