Happy Earth Day this week! Earth Day is all about protecting and taking care of our home, our earth. And we can’t really celebrate Earth Day without celebrating God, our amazing Creator! He made light, the heavens and the earth, the sun, moon, and stars, the plants and the animals, and you and me. Thank you, God, for the earth, our home.

God gave humans dominion over the earth. He put Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden and told them to work the earth and take care of it. We have control over and responsibility for the earth. Our biggest challenges are climate change and pollution. How do you think we are doing? How can each of us help care for our earth?

This week, as we celebrate our earth and its Creator, I simply want to share some pics of God’s amazing creation in my little part of the earth.

This week, step out and enjoy the earth we live on. Think of one thing you can do to take better care our earth, God’s creation. Plant a tree, recycle, ride a bike, feed the birds, plant a garden, share a ride somewhere, and go for it.
