“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26 NIV

This is the blessing that God gave to Moses. Aaron (Moses’ brother) and the other priests were to speak this blessing over the Israelites, God’s chosen people. God wanted His people to be happy and have peace and be close to their Lord.

Today I would like to speak a blessing over each of you!

The Lord bless you with health and safety and love.

The Lord smile on your life from heaven above.

The Lord prosper your dreams, fulfilled to the brim.

The Lord strengthen your faith and trust in Him.

The Lord take on your worries and give you peace.

The Lord offer you comfort like a soft, fluffy fleece.

The Lord provide you shelter and food and care.

The Lord protect you fiercely like a mama bear.

The Lord speak to your heart as you read His holy word.

The Lord listen to your prayers, and you know He heard.

The Lord guide your path to follow His will.

The Lord gift you love, your heart to fill.

This week take each of God’s blessings into your heart and follow where He may lead you. Talk to your parents about all the ways God is working in all of your lives. And think how you can bless someone else this week.
