“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.” Psalms 19:1-2 NIV

Our verse from Psalms today reminds us that all of creation speaks about God, the Creator. The heavens declare it and the skies proclaim it. And we, as God’s creations, can join in and add our voices to tell others about the glory of God!
The Glory of God, the Creator!
The day’s blue skies speak of His greatness.
The day’s sunshine tells of His gentleness.
The day’s rainy clouds show His care.
The day’s rainbow is His promise in the air.
The night’s starry sky declares His grace.
The night’s moon reflects His loving face.
The night’s darkness gives us His rest.
The night’s end, our morning, He has blessed.
This week, think about all of the wonderful daytime and nighttime things that God has created. How do they tell of His glory? Pick four created things, two from the day and two from the night. Your things can be people, animals, parts of the earth, parts of space, plants, anything God created. Talk with you parents about the things you’ve chosen.
Fold a piece of paper in half, and in half again. When you unfold it, you should have four sections. Draw one of your things in each section and write the word that it tells you about God. Share your paper with your family and friends.
Blessings as you see God’s glory in His creation and tell others!
