You Are God’s Marvelous Work!

“For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are your works, And that my soul knows very well.” Psalms 139:13-14

Just like all the different leaves in the first picture, we are also uniquely created by God!

God formed you, lovingly made you, and knew you before you were even born. You are the marvelous work of His hands.

Sometimes when we look in the mirror, we wish we could change something about how we look or talk or act because we want to be like someone else. But God made each one of us, unique and special, just the way we are.

God Made You Marvelous!

Your red hair and freckled nose are God’s gifts divine.

Your blue eyes and sunshine smile are part of God’s design.

Your long legs and joyful dance display God’s amazing grace.

Your belly laughs and ringlet curls are from God’s embrace.

Your quick feet and pumping arms run with God’s will.

Your quiet voice and gentleness demonstrate God’s skill.

Your curious mind and spelling smarts evidence God’s wisdom.

Your seeking heart and faithful spirit illuminate God’s kingdom.

Your generosity and caring heart are part of God’s big blueprint.

Your sense of humor and dimpled cheeks show God’s fingerprints.

Your wonder of creation and twinkling stars unveil God’s perfect plan.

Your one of a kind shining personality reveals our God since time began!

God made each of us. This week think about something that makes you unique and special and marvelous. Talk to your parents about it. Ask them to tell you something special and marvelous about them. Don’t forget to thank God for all His wonderful works. And don’t forget to appreciate other people because they are unique and special creations of God, too!

Blessings to you and all of God’s precious and marvelous creations!

  1. Wow what a marvelous writing. We are all special. It is so awesome to try to think of the fact that God knows everything about us even before our parent and grand parents were born. That is why it is so important to serve Him to order our steps.
