Let the whole earth shout joyfully to God! Sing about the glory of his name; make his praise glorious. The whole earth will worship you and sing praise to you. They will sing praise to your name. Psalms 66:1-2,4 CSB

Our verses for this week invite the whole earth, including us, to shout joyfully to God and to worship and sing praises to Him. Do you sing praise songs in church or with your family? Do you have a favorite? Keep that song in mind, you will need it later.
I loved these verses when I read them this week. So, I went outside and sat and listened to see if I could hear the whole earth singing praises to God. And these are some of the praises I heard!
The Whole Earth Sings Praises!
The leaves rustling in the trees.
The whisper of a gentle breeze.
The birds chirping and tweeting.
The dogs barking a greeting.
The hummingbirds humming.
The woodpeckers drumming.
The squirrels chattering.
And raindrops splattering.
But some parts of the earth don’t make actual noises, so they sing their praise in other ways.
The wild blueberries bloom and make berries.
The toadstools pop up after a rain, color varies.
The deer graze quietly on clover.
And tall grasses bow and bend over.
This week go outside with your parents and look and listen to the praises of the whole earth. What praises do you hear? What praises do you see? Now, remember your favorite praise song? Join in with the whole earth and sing praises to God! Get your parents to sing with you.
Blessings and joy as you sing praises to God!
